Iran’s popularity graph at the level of the Islamic world has started to fall

For the past seven days, the series of U.S. attacks on Iran has continued. In response, Iran has so far launched hundreds of missiles and drone attacks on 8 Arab countries. But there has not been a single attack recorded by Iran on Israel.

Analysts of Middle East affairs believe that during these attacks, Iran’s popularity graph at the level of the Islamic world has fallen the popularity it had gained during the war that started on February 28.

According to Kuwaiti journalist Laila Al-Qahtani, Iran had still received public-level popularity despite attacks on Kuwait. But now public opinion has changed, and everyone believes that Iran is targeting regional peace and stability.

Bahraini senior analyst Ahmad Al-Khuzai said that Iran did not even spare the countries that were mediating. Under the pretext of targeting U.S. bases, Iran targeted oil installations, ports, construction projects, residential areas, and hotels, as a result of which dozens of foreign workers were killed.

At the level of Islamic countries, Iran had received notable sympathy from every sect. However, while ignoring U.S. bases in Iraq and carrying out continuous aggression against Arab countries in the Gulf and the Levant, Iran has weakened its anti-America and anti-Israel slogans. Their significance is no longer there. Iran is rapidly becoming isolated at the level of the Islamic world.

Especially negative comments from Yemen’s Houthi rebels and groups close to the Revolutionary Guards against a country like Pakistan have badly affected Iranian support.
